02 · questionsNo — FD-258 cards for private clients, employers, and agencies don't require one. ORI codes belong to the agency that owns a Livescan machine; private submissions (employment screens, NFA trusts, foster / immigration packets) skip the ORI step entirely. If you've been given one, bring the letter — it's not a precondition to booking.
Booking & Payments
02 · questions$35 within a ~40-minute drive of Endicott (Binghamton, Johnson City, Vestal, Owego, Ithaca); $70 beyond. One travel fee per visit, charged on the invoice. The footprint covers Broome plus nearby Tioga and Tompkins towns at the $35 line; past the ~40-minute mark (the Norwich / Greene corridor, Cortland) it lifts to $70. Outside the four-county area we schedule half-day runs at a quoted establishment fee.
